With his vast experience in running sizable dental clinics and a sizable roster of professionals for Apollo and Vasan Dental he has started La Dental Network Clinic Private Limited. Post which acquired and merged La Dental Clinics to guide and establish 32 Dental Care a fast growing chain of dental clinics in Chennai.

As a practitioner who placed a high value on lifelong learning, he thought that teaching his peers and subordinates was essential to the development of any dental facility and was a source of its strength.

K. Nagarajan is a visionary investor who, alongside his talented sons Ashwin and Abhishek, leads 32 Dental. With a goal of expanding to over 100 clinics in just the next 1-2 years, he uses his expertise in corporate finance and his role as an advisor to the MD of L&T to guide the company’s growth and restructuring efforts.

With more than 30 years of professional experience and membership in the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India (ACMA), he is a seasoned professional. His impressive track record also includes his roles as Secretary for various IC boards and Director in L&T group companies. He has also successfully handled critical major projects such as the Riyadh Metro and Qatar Metro projects, solidifying his reputation as a leader in his field.

Dr. Senthil Prasad

Co-Founder, and Director

Dr. Senthil as Co-Founder, and Director of 32 Dental Care, a chain of dental clinics, where he has led its growth from 1 clinic in 2011 with 450 sqft infrastructure and 3 staffs to 32 clinics with more than 50,000 sq ft of infrastructure and more than 230 staffs in their employ currently, of whom more than 100 are dentists.

He leads a team of highly qualified professionals who bring a diverse background in management experience, covering all facets of health care and business management to the continuum.

Being the Founder of 32 Dental Care in the year 2012, Dr. Mir specializes in overall company management, key roles, the formation of departments, doctor’s integration, and strategic decisions.
